Delicious Recipes
Moong Cheela — Mix flour with water, spices and vegetables to make a batter. Spread, cover and cook on a hot tawa or non-stick pan.
Moong Dosa — Mix flour with water, salt and spices. Spread thin on a hot tawa. Serve with sambar and chutney.
Moong Roti — Knead dough with water or add flour to regular aata. Roll and cook on tawa. Serve hot with daal or subzi.
Moong Laddu — Roast a cup of flour in 1 tbsp of ghee. Cool and blend with cut dry fruits and jaggery. Roll laddus with help of ghee.
