Delicious Recipes

Ragi Porridge — Mix 2 tbsp flour with ½ cup water. Add to 1 cup boiling water. Cook stirring till thick, cool slightly. Add milk / jaggery / fruits as desired.

Ragi Laddu — Roast a cup of flour in 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan. Cool and blend with roasted cut dry fruits and jaggery powder. Roll laddus with help of ghee.

Ragi Idli — Mix the flour, suji and dahi a cup each and rest for 20 mins. Add salt and fruit salt to the batter. Make delicious idlis instantly.

Ragi Dosa — Mix flour with water, salt and spices. Spread thin and cook on a hot tawa.

Ragi Roti — Knead dough with warm water. Roll and cook on tawa. Serve hot with daal or subzi.
